Signs of Infection From Contact Lenses
Daily contact lenses should be worn this caution as misuse can damage the cornea. People who wear any type of lens overnight have a greater chance of developing infections of the cornea which can result in serious problems in eyesight.Remove your contact lenses and contact your ophthalmologist if you notice these symptoms:
- Pain in the eyes.
- Increased sensitivity to light.
- Redness in the eyes for more than two days.
- Discharge from your eyes.
- Blurry vision.
- Itching eyes.
