Many of the signs and symptoms showing the possibility of being pregnant are not unique pregnancy.

Some indicate that you might be getting sick or that your body is simply tired especially if it’s time for your next menstrual period. It is also important to know that a woman can be pregnant without experiencing any symptoms.
If you miss your period and notice some of the below symptoms, take a home pregnancy test or schedule an appointment with your gynecologist.
The most common early signs and symptoms of pregnancy might include:

  • Missed period and/ or light spotting.
  • Tender, swollen breasts.
  • Nausea with or without vomiting.
  • Increased urination and/ or uterine cramping.
  • Moodiness and/or fatigue.
  • Food aversions.

If you notice some of the above symptoms, take a home pregnancy test or consult your gynecologist to know more.
